Responsibilities

We’re looking for project technical leaders to lead our projects to success by communicating closely with Project Manager and Business Analyst and taking up the responsibility regarding technical aspects of the entire project.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading the development team to design, develop, release, and operate applications, and infrastructures. Fulfill all commitments by timely delivering the deliverables.
• Overseeing software quality and system testing.
• Designing and developing ways to improve applications and infrastructure quality.
• Designing and developing ways to detect & reduce vulnerabilities of applications and infrastructures.
• Helping your team members with technical aspects, and troubleshooting any problems that occur.

Requirements

At SupremeTech, we apply Agile methodology in almost every project we do. So it would be a great fit if you are agile enough and able to adapt to the changing environment besides that:

You must have:

• Over 7 years of experience with a deep understanding of software development lifecycle and process.
• Strong programming principles, security principles & design patterns.
• Professional experience in using more than one programming language/platform, especially PHP, Java, and Node.js.
• Deep understanding of database concepts, and proficiency in working with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB.
• Hands-on experience in web server tunning, eg: Nginx, Apache, Tomcat.
• Hands-on experience in runtime tunning for PHP/Node/Java applications.
• Professional experience in building & operating infrastructure on AWS or GCP.
• Mastered the use of Git & Gitflow skills.
• Professional experience with Docker, CI/CD.
• Excellent communication, and strong leadership skills.
• Good technical writing and documentation skills.
• Intermediate level in English written and spoken: Toeic 600 or equivalent.
• Good learning attitude, professionalism, and a high sense of responsibility.

And nice to have:

• Professional AWS/GCP certificates.
• Professional experience in developing & operating E-commerce system.
• English: Toeic 700+ or equivalent, Japanese: N3+.
• Hands-on experience in automation testing.
