Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to lead recruitment for senior positions and assist Engineering Management team in training and performance management across the organization. 

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with business leaders while ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent. This role plays a critical part in aligning human resources with the overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Senior-Level Recruitment:

  • Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for senior and leadership roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to define position requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including headhunting and networking.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain a strong employer brand throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and optimize for future hiring.

2. Training & Performance Management:

  • Work closely with managers to set performance standards (skills matrix), and conduct performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with the engineering management team to assess skill gaps and organize company-wide training programs to develop technical and leadership capabilities.
  • Assist in developing learning and development plans, coordinating training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of these programs.
  • Analyze training & performance data to identify trends and suggest improvements to drive higher employee engagement and productivity.
  • Manage and improve employee evaluation processes, including succession planning and talent development for senior roles

3. HR Strategy & Business Partnership:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, building recruitment plans, and providing insights and recommendations on talent acquisition.
  • Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure consistent HR policies and practices are followed.
  • Lead initiatives to foster a high-performance culture, improve employee engagement, and support business goals.
  • Drive change management processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR-related roles, with a focus on senior-level recruitment and performance management.
  • Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle and leading performance management initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, people management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience with HR analytics tools and HRIS systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
