Project Overview
If you had been to Japan, specifically Tokyo, you would have known the pain of queuing. The more delicious the food or the more famous the brand, the longer the queue line. Sometimes it would be worthwhile to stay in queue if you were about to have such a unique dining experience of your life. But most of the time, for example, it’s simply frustrating to spend half an hour waiting in line for a cup of coffee every morning. That’s why mobile orders and pick-up at stores have become increasingly popular in Japan. Our client, a giant coffee chain with thousands of stores nationwide, is the pioneer.

The challenge
This is the first PWA project of SupremeTech. It required a high level of research and ownership to do something new in a perfect way.
