    SupremeTech and BiPlus co-organized an event for the Da Nang IT community

    Take a look back to exciting moments in the "Work Smarter, Not Harder with Jira" event for Da Nang’s tech community. Organized by BiPlus, Atlassian's strategic partner in Vietnam, in collaboration with SupremeTech, the event focused on leveraging technology to enhance project management and productivity. The event aimed to show how tools like Jira and artificial intelligence (AI) can help make work more accessible and efficient. By using these tools, businesses can save time and get better results. Beginning of a series of activities for the IT community BiPlus and SupremeTech, two prominent names in Vietnam's IT landscape, teamed up to host this event as part of a broader initiative to engage the local tech community.  Mr. Bui Xuan Hien, CEO of BiPlus, started the event with an inspiring welcome speech. His vision for creating a dynamic, fun, and connected space for the Da Nang IT community resonated with the audience. He emphasized that this event is just the beginning of a series of activities to bring together tech enthusiasts to explore smarter, more efficient ways to work. How Jira can be used to optimize workflows The event focused on how Jira, Atlassian’s popular project management tool, can optimize workflows, streamline communication, and boost team collaboration. With the added integration of AI, the future of work is becoming more intelligent, where smart tools reduce manual effort, freeing up time for more strategic tasks. One of the event's key highlights was the presence of Ms. Lexy, Partner Manager for Southeast Asia and Atlassian’s representative for the Asia-Pacific region. She shared valuable insights into Atlassian’s plans for the region, as well as helpful information on how companies can use their tools to work better. Her Q&A session was especially engaging, allowing attendees to ask specific questions about Jira, Atlassian's tools, and how these technologies can support businesses of various sizes. Expert insights on Jira and AI Integration The event featured a diverse lineup of speakers who shared their expertise on a range of highly relevant topics to today’s IT professionals.  Exploring the evolution of offshore development models This session was presented by Mr. Tien Huynh, Project Manager of SupremeTech, to explore how offshore development models have evolved in recent years. With the increasing need for global collaboration and remote work, he highlighted strategies for managing teams across different locations while maintaining high productivity and quality. He also touched on how Jira helps streamline these complex workflows, enabling teams to stay on track no matter where they are. Managing projects effectively with Jira: Best practice from SupremeTech Ms. Hang Duong, another Project Manager from SupremeTech, delved into the practical aspects of using Jira for project management. She shared real-life examples of how her teams have used Jira to break down complex projects into manageable tasks, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and timely delivery. Her presentation was packed with actionable tips for maximizing Jira’s capabilities, from setting up boards and workflows to tracking progress and handling bottlenecks. Using AI to boost project efficiency A particularly exciting session came from Mr. Truong Cong Phuc, Founder of Luviha Group, who discussed how AI transforms project management. From automating routine tasks to providing predictive analytics for decision-making, he demonstrated how AI can significantly reduce the time and effort spent on project management. He also showed how integrating AI with tools like Jira allows teams to focus on high-level strategy and creativity, leaving the mundane work to intelligent algorithms. Lively panel discussion overcomes challenges in IT project management Following these engaging talks, the event transitioned into a lively panel discussion, where all the speakers joined forces to address the audience’s questions. This interactive session allowed participants to voice their challenges, seek advice, and discuss potential solutions with the panel.  The discussion was moderated by Mr. Bui Xuan Hien, CEO of BiPlus, and Mr. Truong Dinh Hoang, Chairman of SupremeTech, who brought their vast experience to the table. The conversation covered various topics, including managing remote teams, overcoming obstacles in project execution, and the future of AI in IT project management. In the morning sessions, representatives from both side took us on a trip through Australia and Vietnam's dynamic tech ecosystems with a zoom-in focus from manufacturing, automation and human resource standpoints. While morning workshops provide the macro approach to Australia-Vietnam tech relationship, the afternoon talks went deep into how to take advantages from cross-border collaboration and best practices for scouting tech partners. SupremeTech on best practices for IT outsourcing to Viet Nam In an insightful session about offshore development, SupremeTech's CEO - Mr. Binh Nguyen emphasized the importance of market inquiry for newcomers from Australia. Over three months, utilizing PHP and Angular, the following key enhancements were implemented: Admin Panel Enhancements a. Spot Information Master: Allowing the creation, viewing, and updating of spot information.Spot details include name, address, latitude/longitude, genre name, coupon availability, optional text, push information, and more. b. Push Message Functionality: Enabling administrators to send push messages within the web appUtilizing Firebase, administrators can send push notifications to the native app (developed by ZDC), with the content sourced from each spot's information. c. Spot Information API: Developed an API for retrieving spot information.Referencing pages 3 and 4, the API allows native apps to fetch spot details based on coordinates and ID.                 LINE Mini App: Digital Transform Customer Service with Digital Point Cards

                SupremeTech has been on an impressive journey of building and developing, positively impacting customers. One of our recent and innovative projects involved meeting our client's request to launch digital point cards integrated in Line Mini App. These cards allow customers to accumulate points or make payments within their network of stores. Previously, our client used physical cards for this purpose. However, recognizing the potential of using digital means to encourage more transactions, they swiftly moved forward. Initiating suitable solutions for a traditional issue With a commitment to customer satisfaction and delivering the best app experience, we proved our capabilities in doing this project. Understanding the client's needs, we embarked on research to provide a viable solution for developing and maintaining a mobile application for issuing and managing digital point cards. The app enables users to effortlessly carry and use their point cards on their smartphones, with key features including card issuance, displaying corresponding barcodes, and generating one-time barcodes for transactions. Developing a Loyalty App on Line App: What Sets it Apart A unique requirement for this project was the development of a mini-app on the Line app. Line, a popular international communication and calling app developed by LINE Corporation, offers various gaming and platform applications for users' entertainment and interaction within a virtual environment. This was an entirely new platform for SupremeTech, and despite no prior experience, the team immediately dove into research. Developing the app on Line presented challenges such as limited customization options for interface and user experience, adherence to Line's regulations, and potential limitations or lack of support for specific features. Overcoming Challenges and Successfully Launching the Line Mini-App Despite these challenges, SupremeTech successfully completed the Line mini-app project. Leveraging the versatility of React and Node.js, the team maximized Line's API and SDK potential for seamless integration and interaction with Line App features. Additionally, research was conducted to combine with other systems for data retrieval. After six months of dedicated efforts, the Loyalty App on Line App was successfully released. Highlighted Features This mobile app can issue digital point cards by entering user information or linking with physical cards to display information as barcodes. Key features include: Card Issuance: Allows customers to issue digital point cards.Barcode Display: Displays corresponding barcodes for each digital point card.One-time Barcodes: Generates one-time barcodes for specific transactions or interactions.                   Shopify Order Tracking App for The Food Industry

                  TakeOut is a Shopify application that allows restaurants and food industry businesses to streamline their takeout service. Instead of relying on a third-party application to sell and deliver food online, customers can order directly from the restaurant with this Shopify order tracking app. Sounds like a delicious way to increase profit engagement with customers! Almost everyone who lives in an urban area has had food delivered to them. Of course, there have always been a few more options when it comes to takeout. There's the stereotypical "Chinese takeout" that comes in a paper oyster shell tossed into a bag with disposable chopsticks and a handful of fortune cookies. If only one of those fortune cookies had told us about the possibilities of future food delivery and takeout! Today, all of your favorite foods are available for takeout or delivery.  Shopify Serves Small Restaurant Businesses The project began when a client approached us with the concept of giving small businesses a way to reduce their operating costs. Although there are many benefits to being listed on popular delivery and takeout websites and applications, but these benefits come at a financial cost. For some businesses, this is fine; just pay the fee and keep selling! However, some businesses prefer to keep these external costs to a minimum. Utilizing Shopify's Popularity in Japan In Japan, Shopify has become increasingly popular. Our partner client saw an opportunity to capitalize on this popularity and create an application that gives restaurants a choice. Now, Japanese restaurants can choose to sell their products through a well-known service or put more effort into developing their own brand and selling their food directly to hungry end users. TakeOut Functions for Foodies The first function of TakeOut is the call function. This allows customers to place a takeout order from the restaurant's Shopify website. The application shows where the food is in the pipeline, from the order being received, to being in the kitchen, to being ready for pickup. When the food is close to being ready, the application can send a push notification to notify the customer. If a client restaurant wants to add additional customization to the pipeline or takeout application, we can accommodate any request. Again, this is the beauty of Shopify: with a qualified team, the customization possibilities are nearly endless! User-friendliness is Delicious! Furthermore, adding the TakeOut application to a restaurant's Shopify is incredibly easy. In most cases, you won't need a development team at all. We've created a step-by-step guide on how to integrate the app into an existing Shopify store. All the restaurant owner has to do is follow the steps, then they're selling their deliciousness directly to customers. Similar to how customers might want to customize their food order, if there's something that needs to be changed, we can do the customization for the restaurant's Shopify.  TakeOut Challenges: Multiple Locations The project itself was not too difficult. A small team developed the application over the course of three months. SupremeTech had a lot of experience working with Shopify and our partner Fracta on other projects.   We worked seamlessly with our client partner. Our Japanese business analyst coordinated communication between the engineering team and Japanese stakeholders. However, despite our best efforts, there was one particular challenge that nearly tripped us up! Development projects rarely go by without some challenge or miscommunication. However, during the TakeOut project, we were able to adapt and complete the project on time. We worked under the assumption that the Shopify stores we were developing TakeOut for were stand-alone locations. We developed the app under without considering businesses with multiple locations. Due to Shopify's policy, this required some last-minute tinkering. Fortunately, we were able to power through the last minute adjustments. Sudden changes are common in our industry. Nonetheless, we learned valuable lesson about adapting when the client's specifications change.  Serving Customers With TakeOut TakeOut was a Shopify eCommerce application that we developed to help small businesses. We continue to work closely with our partner client to add new features to the app as the market dictates. To date, TakeOut's client restaurants and food lovers have praised its user-friendly interface. We're excited to see how the platform continues to change the way we do eCommerce in the future.                     The First Blockchain Project: SupremeTech Successfully Builds Leading Cryptocurrency Exchange Platform in Japan

                    SupremeTech has continuously strived to successfully develop the first Blockchain project: The leading cryptocurrency trading application in Japan, available on both Android and iOS platforms. Even though the Flutter language was in its infancy and the reference library was limited at the time, SupremeTech boldly chose this framework to create a trading application that delighted our customers. Choosing Flutter: Challenges and Opportunities Upon receiving the client's request to build an app for their website on both Android and iOS platforms within a five-month timeframe, SupremeTech immediately embarked on the project. The challenge was to find a solution that would ensure timely completion and optimization for the app. SupremeTech opted for Flutter to tackle this challenge, a decision that presented both opportunities and hurdles. Since Flutter is a relatively new language that is still in its development stages, our development team has to quickly embrace new technology and stay up to date with the latest advancements. Taking advantage of the youth and high learning capacity of team members, SupremeTech quickly discovered and researched new libraries to maximize Flutter's potential. With this choice, our team successfully developed a cross-platform application, reducing development time and resources needed by half. This achievement serves as a shining example for future applications. Creating Client Trust Along the Journey Unlike other projects, for this centralized cryptocurrency exchange, we did not directly engage with the client and worked through various intermediary units such as consultants. This posed a challenge in understanding the client's desires for the project. However, after a period of collaborative development, due to our team's agility, the client expressed their desire to work directly with SupremeTech. This facilitates an easy understanding and grasp of customer requirements, ultimately resulting in a successful Blockchain Project Cryptocurrency Exchange Platform. Leading Cryptocurrency Exchange in Japan This platform is a renowned cryptocurrency trading platform offering two trading options - fast trading and order-book trading. It offers exceptional services for the trading and investing of cryptocurrencies. They offer many nice features such as an instant exchange, a trading platform, margin trading, and Bitcoin futures. The exchange implements the latest security features and is also regulated by a reputable authority. They also accommodate both beginner and advanced trader needs very well. Although based in Japan, the exchange welcomes traders from across the globe and offers services in both Japanese and English. Since its inception, it has experienced significant growth and consistently adds promising cryptocurrencies to its platform. Exchange Platform The exchange provides traders with two distinct web-based platforms for cryptocurrency transactions. The first, referred to as the "Instant Exchange," is simple and designed with novice traders in mind. It facilitates straightforward buying and selling of Bitcoin and MonaCoin for Japanese Yen at current market prices.This platform caters to experienced cryptocurrency traders, allowing them to place market and limit orders, and engage in margin trading with leverage up to x7.7. Exchange Markets It exclusively operates in the cryptocurrency markets, with the Japanese Yen (JPY) also available for trading. The platform features a curated selection of over 40 cryptocurrencies, tradable across various markets: Japanese Yen (JPY): 41 pairsBitcoin (BTC): 28 pairsNEM (XEM): 21 pairsMonaCoin (MONA): 15 pairs Fees Trading fees on it vary depending on the cryptocurrency being traded and are subject to change. On average, the fee is 0.01% per trade for Bitcoin and the Japanese Yen. The exchange also offers occasional promotional lower fees. Additionally, This platform provides options for futures trading and margin trading, which come with their respective fees. For margin trading, there's a daily lending fee of 0.039% and a 0.7% commission. Futures trading and AirFX trading incur a daily fee of 0.039%, along with a 0.375% swap fee for AirFX trading. Traders should be aware of deposit and withdrawal fees, as they vary depending on the chosen method. In order to meet the requirement from the Weawow team, we quickly researched and identified the most efficient methods for implementation based on the existing version available on Android. Despite these obstacles, SupremeTech successfully completed the project within a year, utilizing Swift as the programming language. The results garnered positive feedback from Weawow. Engaging Alternative for Remote Work The debate between working remotely and working in the office rages on. We won't get into the pros and cons of each work style. However, we believe that working remotely in Today.ly's office simulation can make remote work more fun and interactive (and potentially more attractive to die-hard in-office workers). Sure, the days of everyone being cooped up for months on end are over. For some companies and industries, working from home is no longer a necessity. Today.ly allows teams to work remotely without completely losing the serendipitous moments that physical offices provide.  Working Together as Partners SupremeTech started developing Today.ly after being approached by our current business partner in Singapore. They came to us with the idea of creating a virtual office space during the peak hours of remote work. Our partner relied on us to leverage our expertise in R&D to create and develop an MVP. One of the main reasons for choosing SupremeTech as their partner was the proximity of Vietnam to Singapore. However, they also recognized our ability to deliver a quality product quickly and efficiently.  Communication and Cross-border Collaboration As with most offshore development projects, the communication element can make or break a partnership. SupremeTech works with many companies from all over the world. Our expertise is mainly in the Japanese market. There were some initial challenges in getting used to communicating with a Singaporean partner, but our team overcame these challenges and worked smoothly and successfully with all members of the project. We used Today.ly to organize calls and meetings with our foreign partners because we felt that the product would help create cross-border collaboration. Developing Something More than A Video Call Tool The business idea was born during the pandemic, as were many online learning and work tools. However, we did not build Today.ly with a focus on online calls. We developed Today.ly to mimic more of the spontaneous happenings of the office. It was designed to function like an online office while allowing employees to enjoy the convenience and comfort of their home. We wanted to provide a virtual office that could strengthen the bonds of employees. This is not a video calling service; this is a virtual office that increases collaboration and teamwork amongst team members, even when they are physically separated.  But that was actually one of the main challenges of this project: how can we build something that takes advantage of the benefits of office work, but isn't redundant or completely useless in the market? The answer was to create an online space for communication, not just a communication tool. Nearly all companies use meetings to interact and discuss ongoing projects. For remote meetings, this means using a video call to communicate. There's nothing wrong with a regular video call; in fact, in some cases, it's probably more useful than any other method. Even if you think an email or message would suffice, meetings are inevitable.  Virtual Offices Doing More for Your Business! Sometimes a video call or DM just isn't enough; there's a technological barrier between us and the other participants. Today.ly simulates a meeting room in a way that feels more personal than talking heads in a square. It emulates the physical space. There's crystal clear audio, multi-screen sharing, and even a meeting table and chairs. Nothing can replace face-to-face communication, but Today.ly allows companies to mimic certain aspects while users are sitting in their own living rooms. It will always be a challenge to replicate the old-fashioned face-to-face dialogue, but Today.ly users have found greater motivation and connection within their teams.  Today.ly was initially for companies and industries that support working from home. The features were designed to make working online an interactive experience. While many companies have already returned to traditional office life, Today.ly is still a valuable tool for hybrid work environments and provides all businesses with an exciting alternative to traditional working environments.
