Responsibilities:

• Understand user experience, and business concepts to create, and manage the feature requirement of a tech product.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog based on user feedback, market trends, and business objectives, ensuring a balance between short-term delivery and long-term strategy.
• Create system requirement document / use case list and use case detail/user stories and acceptance criteria according to feature request.
• Liaise with stakeholders across various locations, facilitating clear communication of product progress, potential risks, and strategic adjustments as needed.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to ensure that product features align with business goals and offer unique value propositions.

Basic Skills:

• Excellent communication in English, both written and spoken. IELST 6.5 or equivalent. Fluency in Japanese is a big plus.
• At least 3 years of working experience with a deep understanding and knowledge of business operation processes in any field. Understanding e-commerce, retail OMO, or OTT streaming is a big plus.
• Experience in software development projects. Understand the principles of Agile development.
• Problems & solutions-oriented mindset. Good logical thinking and straightforward approach.
• Passionate about technology, new technology products, and startup companies.
• Learn new things quickly and easily adapt to new environments.

Advanced Skills:

• Experience in an engineering position such as developer, QA, PM.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and A/B testing for data-driven product decisions.
