Project Overview
GooDay Inc. operates 65 home improvement shops in Kyushu and is boldly taking on the challenge of digital transformation (DX). GooDay wanted to develop an auto-response chatbot for internal regulations using a generative AI application. When employees want to check company regulations, they can use the AI chatbot to ask questions, and it will automatically reply with a corresponding answer.
The Challenge
Based on past development experience and this request, it was determined that existing machine learning services, such as AWS, would not be accurate.
