Job Overview:
The candidate for this position will be responsible for building and leading a sales team that will identify and pursue new business opportunities for the company. They will work closely with the CEO to develop and implement B2B sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
- Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to achieve the company’s revenue and growth targets
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, including recruiting, training, and performance management
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and relationship building
- Manage the sales pipeline, including forecasting and reporting
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that support sales goals
- Collaborate with other departments, such as pre-sales team, project management office, resource management office and finance, to ensure a coordinated approach to sales activities
- Monitor industry trends and competitive activities to identify opportunities and threats
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote the company and its products and services
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- At least 2 years of experience in sales management, with a track record of building and leading successful sales teams. Experience related to IT industry is highly appreciated.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in business English and/or business Japanese (native Japanese or native English speakers are more than welcome, we have 4 non-Vietnamese members in our team)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the technology industry, preferably in enterprise software or IT services
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel as needed
